The 2024 Community Agency Funding Request meeting will take place on October 17, 2023.
All applicant must complete and return the Community Agency Funding Application below including the requested documents for the Council's consideration.
Incomplete packets will not be accepted. All complete applications and requested documents must be electronically submitted to Cailey Couch deputycityclerk@cityofchelan.us no later than October 11, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.
We are asking all agencies to conduct a short presentation to the Council regarding your agency, use of funds, etc. City Council Budget Workshop Community Agency Funding Application presentations are scheduled on October 17, 2023 beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Agency presentations will be presented in alphabetical order and allotted 15 minutes for the presentation and the Council's questions/comments. To be placed on the agenda to present your application please contact Cailey Couch no later than October 2, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. Please note, no decisions will be made during this meeting. The Council will consider agency requests during the 2024 budget adoption.
