To help lower our Customer’s transaction fees, The City of Chelan has made Auto payments with e-checks Free, beginning 1/1/2024.
This transition to absorb these fees by the City of Chelan was made in our continued dedication and thank you to our customers. This decision will help reduce fees associated to paying utility bills online for future payments.
