Discontinued: In-House Utility Payment Processing


The Finance Department has discontinued in house processing of Direct Debit for Utility payments. For the security of our customers and community, we no longer support the In-House Utility Direct Debit payments and as of May'23 we have made a significant effort to contact all internal AutoPay customers with the following methods:

  • via inserts in bills
  • letter mailed directly to mailing address on file
  • information on our website 
  • information shared on KOZI and 
  • Social Media alerts

Our apologies if our methods to reach you were unsuccessful, Auto Pay is available on Invoice Cloud, (fees apply) linked on our home page.
