NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council of the City of Chelan, Washington will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday July 8, 2025, beginning at 5:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 135 East Johnson Avenue in Chelan, Washington to take public testimony for the City-initiated Text Amendments to the Chelan Municipal Code: TA2025-01, Pertaining to Unit Lot Subdivisions.

All members of the public are encouraged to participate and are welcome to submit written comments to mlibbey@cityofchelan.us before the public hearing, or alternatively, provide testimony during the scheduled hearing. Your engagement is highly valued as it contributes to the comprehensive decision-making process.

A copy of proposed text amendments and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost by contacting Monica Libbey, mlibbey@cityofchelan.us, 509-682-8037, or at the Community Development Department at 135 E. Johnson Ave, Chelan, during regular office hours. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
