Parking Rates

Parking fees apply within the parking lots of Don Morse Park, Lakeshore Marina, and Lakeside Park. While all Chelan parks are free to the public, parking fees help maintain these facilities. Below are the current parking rates:

Don Morse Park & Lakeshore Marina
Up to 2 hours - $10
2-6 hours - $15
6-12 hours - $20
24 hours - $35

Lakeside Park
Up to 2 hours - $15
2-6 hours - $30
6-12 hours - $40
*No overnight parking at Lakeside Park

Parking Payments & Citations

Payment for parking can be made at designated kiosks in each parking lot, or using your mobile phone and our text-to-pay platform. Just look for signs and instructions in each parking lot to conveniently pay by credit card on your smartphone. 

Fines for parking violations can be paid online at https://www.tocite.net/chelan/portal/ticket 

Annual Parking Passes for Chelan Valley Residents

Residents of the City of Chelan and the Chelan Valley can purchase annual parking passes, providing access to parking at Don Morse Park, Lakeshore Marina (vehicle only), and Lakeside Park. Plan ahead for convenient parking throughout the year by securing your pass today! Annual passes can be purchased online using the links below or at the Chelan Parks Office at Don Morse Park, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Limit 2 passes per household. 

City of Chelan Resident Permit: $25
Primary residence within Chelan city limits

Chelan Valley Resident Permit: $45
